An exquisite cuisine filled with delicate flavors and an elegant presentation with an eye to every detail. This is how our hotel restaurant is like, a place where you can taste the genuine 0-km cuisine graced with unique and special elements varying on a daily basis and thought for delighting our guests’ palates and offer increasingly higher quality standards to anyone sampling our dishes.
All this starts from breakfast, served every morning in a sea-view hall coming with an open-air terrace during the peak season. Here you will find a buffet rich in homemade pastries, hot croissants of different types, fresh seasonal fruit, fruit jams and yogurts, cereals and a number of savory dishes including eggs, cheese, deli meats and salads. The plentiful buffet is coupled with a biological corner, dietary products and a wide range of fruit and vegetable extracts and freshly squeezed fruit juices. We will also provide espresso coffee as well as lots of milk varieties and hot teas.
At lunch and dinner time we propose an a-la-carte menu with buffets of starters, lots of vegetables, homemade desserts and delicacies varying day after day. Meals are served inside our classy restaurant hall with bird’s eye view over the sea and feature traditional main and second courses with carefully selected ingredients.
Because we love good food we daily:
- Choose the best bread (white, wholemeal, spelt, kamut, and cereal)
- serve Romagna-style piadinas, freshly baked pizzas and focaccias
- choose meat or fish ingredients, selected only the freshest vegetables, purchase seasonal fresh fruit all preferably at “0 km” to keep nutritional properties unaltered
